I asked for less ice, but the drink still came packed with it. What made it more confusing was the email seemed to say something different, so I thought the request had gone through correctly. Just a bit frustrating because it felt like the note was ignored.

The drink itself tasted good, but the topping was wrong again. It’s a small detail, but it does make a difference when you’re expecting the one you ordered.

Drinks are fine. Taste okay. But the prices feel a bit much now. Just not worth it for me anymore

I wish I hadn’t bothered ordering from them. I had an issue and reached out with a complaint, but it felt like they just ignored it completely. I kept waiting for some kind of response or effort to make things right, and nothing happened. Definitely not ordering again

I ordered mine at 25% sugar, but it still tasted way too sweet... like, really sweet. This has happened twice now, so I’m not really sure they’re paying attention to the sweetness option. Which is annoying, because that’s literally why I order online in the first place. I don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon..

I tried ordering online again, and yep, the order just never showed up. Again. It’s really, really frustrating because I expected it to be simple, but it’s just not reliable.

I tried a milk tea from sharetea.com.au it just tasted a bit off haha. The tea flavour was weak, and the milk felt kinda watery instead of creamy. The pearls weren’t great either, a bit bland and too soft for my liking. I was expecting it to be much better, but after a few sips I didn’t really feel like finishing it...

I was frustrated because the price looked fine at first, but then extra fees showed up right at the end of checkout. When I asked about it, it felt like they just pointed to some policy instead of actually addressing why the costs weren’t clear earlier. It made the whole experience feel a bit misleading

I tried placing an order on my phone, but it kept freezing when I got to payment. The charge still went through, but when I got to the store, they didn’t have any order showing up. The staff was polite and tried to check what they could, which I appreciated, but there wasn’t much they could do. I ended up wasting time and had to place the order again in person. The food was fine as usual, but I probably won’t use the mobile ordering again anytime soon

The counter was sticky, there were cups and lids just sitting out in the open, and the staff seemed to be rushing through orders without much care. I also asked for my drink a certain way and it was basically ignored, which was frustrating because it was a really basic request. I got a fruit tea and it didn’t taste very fresh, almost like the fruit had been sitting out for too long. Maybe it was just a one-off, but I’m curious if anyone else has noticed this too. It wasn’t really enjoyable for me.

I was disappointed with this. The milk tea tasted really watered down and not creamy at all, which was annoying after going through the effort of ordering it and looking forward to a decent drink...

I couldn’t really feel confident with the allergen info they provided. It was actually too vague, and I didn’t want to take any chances.
